    Project Description:
    Internal and external decorations carried out on this newly constructed children’s nursery.

    Complexities / Achievements / Obstacles overcome:
    Multi coloured woodwork and feature walls were encountered in every room, externally mixed colours were applied, providing a distinct colourful environment for the children and staff alike.

    Project Description:
    Internal decoration of new offices and living accommodation where a high standard of finish was achieved, which included the high level steelwork within the canopy area. External decoration carried out on the newly rendered walls.

    Complexities / Achievements / Obstacles overcome:
    Working within a live environment and working to a tight program was a challenge, which we took on very successfully.

    INTO Academic Exeter University

    End Client: Plymouth City Council
    Project Description:- Internal decorations of concrete Soffits, Lightwells and plasterboard walls. All woodwork decorated with a stained finish.
    Complexities / Achievments / Obstacles overcome:
    Multi-Coloured walls were encountered in all of the teaching rooms and corridors. Working at height was required for the concrete soffits and lightwells. Application of the intumescent class 'O' varnish to the cherrywood 'EGG' central feature.

    Project Description:
    Internal and external decorations were carried out on this newly constructed and individually designed dwelling. The interior designed house incorporated a feature pool; walk through steam room and a feature designed kitchen.

    Complexities / Achievements / Obstacles overcome:
    We successfully met the expectations of the end client in the quality of finishes achieved with the wallpapering and painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork.

    St Aubyns Church

    Principle Contractor: Devon Contractors
    Decorating Value: 50 - 60,000.00
    End Client: Plymouth City Council
    Project Description:
    Internal and external decorations to walls, ceilings and woodwork. As part of the renovation and refurbishment of St Aubyns Church being turned into a community library.
    Complexeties / Achievements / Obstacles Overcome:
    Particular problems encountered with the existing wall surfaces, in particular extensive works were required on the ceilings, due to previous substrates failing with the weight of the new paint system. Mineral paints were used to most wall surfaces to ensure breathability of the old lime plastered surfaces. Old Murals were discovered / uncovered in the chancel area of the church, We were required to apply a specialist protective system to these areas prior to hanging lining paper.

    Project Description:
    Internal decoration on 5 new houses, 33 new flats and a 1 new church (separate end user/client). The decoration of the church included a fire protective varnish coating to the T & G soffit and a varnish finish to the Gulam beams and columns.

    Complexities / Achievements / Obstacles overcome:
    This project was undertaken on a very short overall program period where a close relationship was required with other trades.
